Welcome to TK Asbuilts! TK Asbuilts was created out of the need for property managers to have current floor plans for their rental units to not only use for marketing, but to also provide accurate square footage information for potential clients. Older real estate units don’t always have the current floor plans or blueprints available. This not only helps give prospective buyers or renters an accurate look at what they are getting, but it also allows them to obtain measurement data for interior designing purposes.
