We love bringing family closer 🏡❤️

This 748 sqft ADU in San Diego was designed as a long-term home for aging parents. The open concept layout places the bedrooms on opposite sides of the rectangular unit, each with it's own ensuite bath.

This upcoming poolside ADU project is designed to create independent living space for younger family members while keeping everyone close to home. The 1,199 sqft layout includes 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a spacious single story design.

One of the biggest feasibility considerations on this property? Septic ⚠️

For properties on septic systems, ADU planning requires an extra layer of analysis early in the process. In many cases, adding an ADU means installing a new septic system to accommodate the additional bedrooms and plumbing fixtures.
