The electronic lock malfunctioned on my 1 1/2 year old Liberty safe. After contacting my safe manufacturer they sent out a locksmith to "crack" the lock. Jeff showed up from Grah and within two hours was able to open the safe without drilling through the external door. He was fantastic. Very pleased .

But Grah researched and graciously gave me two copies. Both of which worked. I was so relieved. I called to pay them, but they said just come back to us when you need something else. Such nice and helpful people.
