Passing the Torch: A New Chapter at M.W. Steele Group

In 1983, Mark Steele, FAIA, AICP founded M.W. Steele Group with a bold vision: to create architecture that responds to its environment and builds community. For more than 40 years, Mark’s leadership shaped our firm into a respected voice in urban design and architecture, known for collaboration, civic engagement, and design excellence.

Today, we honor that legacy as Mark steps down as President. His influence will continue to guide us for years to come.

We’re excited to announce Michael Paluso, AIA as our new President. Formerly Managing Principal, Michael brings a client-first mindset, deep design expertise, and a commitment to innovation, ushering in an exciting new chapter for M.W. Steele Group.
