A little emotional today - 2024 is setting out to be a big year. As I celebrate 20 years of LCFA, my vision of home building for the 21st century is finally becoming reality!!
PHNX is RISING! Four years of sacrifice and some very difficult moments have given way to success ⭐️💫 thanks to three homes breaking ground this year, two investors who believe in my vision, and my now-patent-pending (!!) 😜 wood-free roof assembly, PHNX will revolutionize the way we think about and build homes.
Thank you 🙏 to all of you who put up with me patiently, believed in me and kept me going, even through some very dark times. You know who you are and I am eternally grateful 🙏
From my first LCFA home in Coronado 20 years ago that had a standing seam metal roof - to the dozen PHNX Homes now in design and construction, my vision has always been better homes, for better lives in a better world.
