We are thrilled to announce the completion of Mariposa Place in San Jose, CA! This project provides 80 units of 100% in the Diridon Station Area. This includes 40 units of permanent supportive housing dedicated to individuals and families transitioning from homelessness.

Amenities include on-site service provider and management offices, a shared landscaped rooftop terrace, a large seventh floor community room and fitness center, bike storage, and counseling rooms.

Seacrest Village’s Core Renovation was a major of the of the heart of the community, centered in the existing Lee and Frank Goldberg Residence Court + Joseph and Dorothy Goldberg Healthcare Center in Encinitas, CA.

Upgraded areas include the new kosher commercial kitchen, main dining room, lobby/lounge with new bar area, satellite kitchen, independent living residential units, staff break rooms, new central commercial laundry, and private dining room!

We provided brand new finishes, accessibility upgrades, a new roof, and major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and central plant system replacements.

Now we are excited to be back again with more independent living residential unit upgrades.

Phase II of is underway at Foothill Family Apartments in , CA! This project provides exterior façade updates, accessibility upgrades, tenant improvements, in addition to other site upgrades! This existing housing project provides 65 units across 11 separate buildings, including a multi-purpose community room, and on-site laundry and parking.

is progressing at the Willows Shopping Center in , CA! This major project will provide a complete makeover, re-establishing Willows as a major commercial hub.

The project includes a completely new building with large tenant spaces, shaded dining areas, and lush landscaping. Other work around the multi-building site includes existing building façade upgrades, new awnings, new signage, and other site improvements. Construction is slated for completion this summer!

: The LifeLong Pinole Health Center is a tenant improvement of an OSHPD-3 primary care and dental clinic - providing high-quality care for underserved people of all ages and facilitating continuous improvements in the health of the community of Pinole, CA. This 6,677 SF Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) includes new exam rooms, dental care stations, and a multi-purpose space with a teaching kitchen!

Check out the recently opened Trader Joe’s at in Vista, CA! SGPA designed this renovation to a former Chuck E Cheese in an existing shopping center that SGPA also designed in the 1990’s.

This design establishes a new look for the entire center and invites patrons in with a distinct and unique façade that is visible from the main road. The modern storefront facade highlights TJ’s products with a contemporary and functional open interior allowing ample natural light to pour into the space. Updated paint, warm wood accents, landscaping, large awnings and surprisingly ample parking allow for a pleasurable shopping experience.

This proposes a mixed-use residential redevelopment on the site of a traditional shopping center. The ground level provides 33,000 SF of restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy – with 176 residential units above!

The proposed project would begin the existing shopping center’s evolution towards a more walkable and dense mixed-use village. Our mission is to bring vitality back to these aging retail centers by offering a vibrant mix of new uses and amenities for the community to enjoy.

: Embark Apartments is a 62-unit 100% affordable veterans housing project in downtown Oakland, CA. The project offers residents on-site support services, and a shared community lounge and terrace with sweeping views. The ground floor features commercial space.

Embark is transit-oriented, promoting neighborhood walkability. The all-electric design and solar panel array earned the project its Green Point Rated Multifamily Gold Certification. We are proud to see this project in full-use serving our veterans!
