Historic 1920s homes in Point Loma are always a treat to work on. For this project, the homeowner wanted to elevate the look of their kitchen and make the space truly functional. By bumping a wall back a bit, we were able to reconfigure the laundry room, relocate every appliance, and introduce a peninsula that now seats a few barstools.

Sometimes the square footage isn’t the problem—it’s the layout. A few thoughtful changes can completely transform how a kitchen works for you.
