We’re pleased to announce that The Lindley () has been recognized by Multi-Housing News () with a 2025 Gold Excellence Award for its outstanding amenities. Opened in March of 2025, The Lindley is LEED Gold certified and designed for wellness, balance, and inspired living, with both apartment and community features that inspire and support a modern and walkable lifestyle.

We’re pleased to share the completion of the Rue Ferrari Expansion in San Jose, CA. As one of eight emergency interim housing sites in San José, Rue Ferrari plays a key role in the City’s long-term strategy to address homelessness. The expanded site includes 108 newly designed sleeping units housed in factory-built modular buildings, adding 144 beds for a total of 252, and making it the largest tiny home community in the city.

New 12’x 60’ modular buildings house 60 single-occupancy units, 36 double-occupancy units, and 12 accessible units. Each resident has a private space with bed(s), bathroom, desk and chair. The new central Community Building provides on-site social services and shared amenities including kitchen, pantry, and laundry facilities. Pet-friendly, other added features at Rue Ferrari include a dog park, raised community garden beds, outdoor picnic areas with seating security offices, caretaker’s units, extra storage units, and expanded parking.

Rue Ferrari welcomes residents and fosters a sense of pride and place, while providing a safe and stable environment where they can rebuild their lives and work toward self-sufficiency. Program participants have access to a range of supportive services to help them obtain and sustain permanent housing including job placement assistance, behavioral health services, life skills training, and help with housing applications. Most participants stay in city-provided interim housing for several months before transitioning to permanent homes.

Last week JWDA team members celebrated the groundbreaking of Accolade Campanile, a six-story, 310-unit, 605-bed student housing community just steps from ’s main campus. Designed for modern student life, the project features furnished micro-units, dedicated study spaces, a pool and spa deck, clubhouses, game lounges, and 4,200 sq. ft. of campus-facing retail.

Managing Principal Matthew Geaman, AIA, LEED AP was joined by Principal Bert Shear, Associate Sophia Del Mar English, and designers Zimo Ren, Mariella Cadena, and Paul Uong in marking the first step toward bringing this new exciting community to SDSU students. Many thanks to Greystar, all of our collaborators, and of course, our awesome team!

We’re proud and appreciative to AIA|LA Board of Directors Awards for recognizing the Weingart Tower 1A team with the Building Team of the Year Award.
The award recognizes the collaborative efforts of an entire project team in achieving exceptional results. We’re incredibly honored to be part of the Weingart Tower team, who together balanced tight urban constraints, stormwater systems, and creative engineering to create this innovative and collaborative permanent supportive housing project. Big thanks to our entire team of collaborators and staff!
