We are looking to hire a plumber / plumber apprentice with the intention to train you to work in the Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, & surrounding areas for our company. This position would start with training and would progress to full-time technician, with the potential to be promoted to Area Manager - As an area manager you would be eventually hiring and managing your own crew along with working jobs yourself.
How quickly can that happen, you ask? As quickly as you can train and learn our systems. If you are a go-getter, it will go quickly. You will set the pace yourself.
Minimal Experience is required - however, we do provide training.

Must have a truck or van - tools are a plus, but we can/will provide tools and equipment as needed. You do use your own vehicle for this job. Gas/usage is calculated into the pay structure.
Passing a basic background and having a valid driver's license is required.
You would be on call Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm - weekends are optional but may be rarely required for emergency situations. Some jobs may start earlier than 8am and or may run later than 5pm in some instances.
Need to have strong customer service skills, basic technology skills (tablet, iphone, smartphone usage.) and have excellent written communication skills in addition to basic plumbing experience.
Need to be precise, thorough, and have an extreme attention to detail.
Critical thinking, problem solving, being a self-starter, and excellent organizational skills needed.
All paperwork is done electronically while on-site, so a strong ability to type/communicate in electronic reports is a requirement.
You would coordinate with the main office regularly throughout the day, as well as calling customers directly to update them on appointments times and other job information.
All jobs are provided to you by the Main Office - this is NOT a sales position - you DO NOT need to find your own customers.

Per current Osha Regulations, all technicians must wear a mask when on the job-site. Some jobs may require you to wear protective gloves and shoe coverings as well. As Osha Regulations change, we will update accordingly.
