This Marina District remodel was a full gut renovation, allowing the home to be rebuilt into a modern Mediterranean design. The layout was opened to improve flow and bring natural light through the entire space. The kitchen serves as the center of the home, finished with a mix of brass and polished nickel. An existing spiral staircase was preserved and now connects the main level to a fourth-story primary suite.

In Golden Gate Heights, we completed a thoughtful Victorian restoration designed to honor the home’s original character while adapting it for modern living.
At the heart of this historical restoration was a carefully redesigned kitchen, updated to bring modern function and refined detail into a classic San Francisco home. By opening up the layout, improving flow, and introducing more natural light, the space now feels brighter and more connected. The transformation balances timeless character with elevated finishes, creating a kitchen built for both everyday living and gathering.
The project also included a basement conversion, garage conversion, and updates to the bathroom and laundry room, expanding the home’s usability while preserving its architectural integrity.

This custom 4,000 sq ft home in the Marina District has completed foundation work and the primary steel structure has been installed.
