Bagelmania continues tomorrow. We’ve been running out early so if you want bagels right out of the oven, make sure to swing by our pick up window from 8-10am on the earlier side. 4618 3rd. We’ve asked for feedback these past 10 weeks and the top requests were- #1 more salt #2 seeds fall off #3 seeded on both sides. So, we’ve adjusted and will be really curious to hear if we nailed it. We’re taking next week off then resuming the following Saturday and we will be charging. Most likely walk up orders and online for pick up. We shall see…. We hope this grows into a viable business that serves the neighborhood hot, sourdough bagels both Saturday and Sunday. 100% of the proceeds go to support our Bayview Makers Kitchen. Thank you all for the past weeks of feedback and we’re really looking forward to hearing if we got it right- see ya in the morning. Earl & Jalen.

Ten years ago I was baking bagels at All Good Pizza . I loved that deck oven! Here we are, still making bagels and we’re giving them away on Saturday mornings from 8-10am - 4618 3rd. I even have packets of cream cheese for you to take. Just a few more weeks left before we start charging. All we ask is for feedback. These are our version of S.F. sourdough bagels. Bagelmania continues! We will have bagels tomorrow July 4th. By request, we are trying onion bagels and garlic bagels. Swing by 4618 3rd from 8am-10. Cost of bagels is your feedback. We will send you off with packaged cream cheese as well. Just a few more weeks until we’re confident we got it down. Then, 3rd Street will have a weekend bagel shop!
