Tanaka Design Group is pleased to be selected as the Merced City School District's On-Call Landscape Architect. First up: The Tenaya Middle School Sports Field Improvements project, a 14-acre total renovation of the campus fields that will soon provide for both the students and community a myriad of sporting activities, such as: track & field, baseball, softball, soccer, fitness stations, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. The fields will be illuminated for night time use by the community. Thank you MCSD!

Winton Park in Merced County was constructed in the 1970's and will soon undergo a much needed major renovation designed by Tanaka Design Group. Funded in part by a $3.2 million grant awarded by the State of California, new improvements for the 22-acre site include lighted walking and jogging paths, lighted soccer and baseball fields, new concessions & restroom building, group picnic shelters with solar voltaic panels, 60 picnic tables, new irrigation system and a new playground. Construction to begin in September.
