It's been a while since we last posted and that's because we've been busy! We're excited to share that with the collaboration of veteran team members Jennifer Wichtowski and Tara Teter Dankberg, we've just submitted our site permit for 5400 Geary Blvd, site of the former Alexandria Theater in the Richmond District.

It will be a welcome reincarnation of the building as a new 8-story, 83 unit multi-family residential development with incorporation of many of the building's character defining elements as part of a preservation effort with , FAIA and in this redevelopment for , LLC.

The building will also include many sustainability features and bring new life to this corner that comes ahead of the recently approved Family Zoning Plan as a proof of concept for this commercial corridor. Hi all, it's been a busy year and many of our larger projects are being completed. Most recently, we were excited to be asked by Dwell magazine to submit our recent ADU project. With the recent demolition of a blighted structure on Mendell Plaza in the Bayview, we are now poised to deliver a long awaited and much anticipated new modular kitchen with UrbanBloc. It will feature a sculptural facade and added patio space enhancing this community asset and MTA transit hub.
