Took a gamble and picked up this vintage roll of flocked wallpaper… “powder puffs” hand printed by T. Hertz. Luckily only the selvedge edge was damaged. After trimming, the paper stayed in tact. Very delicate but hung beautifully and now lives in my own home. Best part is that it cost me only $23 for the bolt.

Took a gamble and picked up this vintage roll of flocked wallpaper… “powder puffs” hand printed by T. Hertz. Luckily only the selvedge edge was damaged. After trimming, the paper stayed in tact. Very delicate but hung beautifully and now lives in my own home. Best part is that it cost me only $23 for the bolt.

P.S. don’t be afraid to hang stuff on your wallpaper.

When the designer is so handsome and talented and sweet that you blush when he talks to you and the paint is so luscious that you want to eat it and the wallpaper is oozing like a rainbow of melted wax…… all the dust, sweat and fiberglass tears were worth it.
