Had to take a break because of back-to-back head colds and then an injury. First batch of sourdough in a while and this has to be some of the best bread I've ever eaten. Whole wheat, made with organic red and white wheat, milled at home.

I'm a local SAHM who likes to bake more than we can (or at least more than we should!) eat. In a perfect world, I'd sell the extras, but local cottage food laws are pretty extreme and cost so much in applications and registrations that I'd have to produce way more than I am comfortable with in order to not lose money. So, instead, I bake when I can and offer it all for free. I am grateful for any donations that come my way but do not expect or require them. I do have my Food Handler card and I do abide by all the regular rules to make safe and clean food, I just am not paying to be official.
