Ingredients:

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.

In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat.

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, coconut, and pecans.

Spread mixture evenly into the pan.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup pumpkin purée

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup butter

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Red + blue sprinkles

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients.

Whisk pumpkin, oil, eggs & vanilla.

Combine wet + dry; mix gently.

Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 min.

Beat frosting ingredients until creamy.

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1/3 cup ube halaya

A few drops ube extract (optional, for color)

Directions:

Mix crust ingredients, press into an 8×8 pan.

Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth.

Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs.

Remove 1/2 cup batter; mix with ube halaya (and extract).

Pour plain batter over crust.

Spoon ube mixture on top; swirl with a knife.

Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30–35 min.

Cool completely, chill 3 hours, slice into bars.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup brown butter

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup apple cider (reduced to 1/2 cup)

2 eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

1/2 cup sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

Brown the butter; cool.

Reduce apple cider to 1/2 cup; cool.

Mix dry ingredients.

Whisk wet ingredients: brown butter, reduced cider, eggs, sour cream, vanilla.

Combine wet + dry; don’t overmix.

1 1/2 cups Hershey’s chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Halloween sprinkles, crushed Oreos, cocoa powder, or colored sugar for coating

Optional: a few drops purple or green food coloring (for spooky magic!)

Directions:

Heat the Cream:
In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium until just steaming
(Do NOT boil.)

Melt the Chocolate:
Place Hershey’s chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
Pour warm cream over them.

3 tablespoons cold water

For Serving (Optional):

Extra honey drizzle

Fresh berries

Edible flowers

Lavender buds (tiny pinch)

Directions:

Bloom the Gelatin:
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons cold water.
Let sit 5 minutes until it becomes thick and spongy.

Directions:

Prepare the Cranberry Glaze:

1 package ladyfingers

1 cup brewed coffee or espresso (cooled)

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

For Topping:

Cocoa powder or cinnamon

Whipped cream (optional)

Crushed cookies or chocolate shavings (optional)

Directions:

Make the Pumpkin Cream:
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
