Before and afters of some white/chalk wash projects. Cleaning the fireplace to remove smoke dust and then sanding the stone/tiles. Then applying a chalk paint that was reduced to give it that natural stone appeal. In the kitchen, we applied a white wash stain to lighten up the original stone while making it more uniform as the grout received the white wash as well. But still giving it that natural feel. Finishing the project with two coats of flat clear coat.
