Santorini doesn't clear the hillside — it works with it. Cantilevered rooflines reach toward the tree canopy. Stone retaining walls follow the natural grade. Terracotta-toned panels warm the façade against a backdrop of pines and wildflowers.

It floats.

The sculptural centerpiece of Santorini — our Los Gatos passive house — is a custom-crafted staircase in raw oxidized metal that appears to defy gravity. Framed by warm oak columns, it rises through the heart of a great room designed to move you.

Above: a 3D acoustic ceiling absorbs the world and lets the linear lighting take over. Below: herringbone oak floors, a cloud sectional, a piano for those nights when music is needed, and views of the treeline.

This isn't just a home. It's a composition.

A sculpted acoustic panel canopy meets linear lighting that zigzags like brushstrokes across the room, while floor-to-ceiling glass dissolves the boundary between inside and the forest beyond.

We're looking for a Project Manager with 10+ years of residential construction experience to join our team. No Passive House background needed — we'll train you on our methods, our building science standards, and our proprietary Pre-Construction Process.

What matters most: your experience managing complex projects, your communication skills, bend-over-backwards client service, willingness to learn and be highly collaborative, and your love of the nitty-gritty details and attention to quality.

We were thrilled to showcase one of our projects on the tour—a timeless home blending modern craftsmanship with thoughtful design that integrated our clients’ culture and lifestyle.

It was inspiring to open the doors and share our work with so many design enthusiasts, industry peers, clients and community members.
