• Experience with installation of gas furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, refrigeration, duct work, and any other HVAC related items.
• Install new equipment in compliance with California building code
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to charge a system
• Safely remove existing HVAC equipment
• Ability to perform installations with assistance of a helper
• Ability to train helper if needed
• Must provide excellent Customer Service
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a clean DMV record and valid driver’s license
