Therma, in partnership with the Helping Hand Foundation, is excited to celebrate the success of our biggest holiday toy drive ever! With the incredible support of our Therma team, local community, and generous vendors, we had the privilege of spreading joy and holiday cheer to over 550 students at San Antonio/LUCHA Elementary School in San Jose. Seeing the excitement and gratitude on their faces were the true highlight of our holiday season!

Happy Thanksgiving! Today, we’re reflecting on the power of gratitude, connection, and the moments we share as a community.

This year, we were grateful to celebrate our Friendsgiving lunch with our colleagues, hosted by the Helping Hand Foundation. Together, we kicked off their annual holiday toy drive, running through December 10th, to help collect toys and donations for a local San Jose elementary school. It was a meaningful way to give back — and a reminder of what the season is all about.

Last Thursday, we hosted our Client Appreciation Dinner — an evening celebrating the partnerships that fuel our work and drive results. Guests experienced a curated food and wine pairing from Le Papillon and Joseph George Wines and took a behind-the-scenes tour of our fabrication shop, seeing firsthand the precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork that power every project we deliver.
