This Thursday is the last Gordon Biersch Brew Co. night market of the season! So we’ll be doing our last GBNM special- we’re bringing back our grilled Chicken Inasal! Served with rice, house made sawsawan (dipping sauce), atcharra and ofc, extra rendered chicken oil (infused with garlic & annatto) for you to top your rice with. Limited quantity for this one, so be sure to come through early! See yall there!

Felt like today was a good day to give Chef Rod his flowers bc it’s been a week of a litttttle bit of rest and reflection.

For the past 9 years we have *always* been owner operated. Rod has worked every shift (except for one… Nephews birthday 🙃) and continues to do so to this day.
Even though every week and month and season and year can feel like the biggest mountain to climb- he continues to show up and make amazing, delicious meals. There is so much the goes on behind the scenes to amount to a plate of food that we serve. It truly is amazing what one person (and a small, small team) has created. 🥲 We are so proud for be independently funded and owned.

Thank you for all the support thru the NINE years!! We cannot wait to share more creations with you all- but in the mean time let’s give it up to Chef Rod!!

Been a minute since we had silogs on the menu! So here we go, tomorrow at we’ll be serving up:

*Tapsilog- beef tapa (chopped steak marinated in soy sauce, cane vinegar and garlic)

*Tocilog- pork rib tocino (cured baby back ribs)

Both dishes served with garlic rice, a fried egg and atcharra!
