Finally, finally, finally .... he deserved it.
I don't think only dozen of couples was ripped off by him, I got at least five couples came to me the day before their wedding and ask for help. I heard that he offered huge discount if you paid in advance the total.
I knew this guy 10 years ago, when he had two stores in San Francisco, one store was dress and tex rental, the other one was selling wedding favor. He referred his clients to me, but I stop working with him when he gave me the NFS checks. He still had my 600 chair covers un-return.
So, all the future bride and groom to be..... choose your vendor wisely and carefully.
