ChoiSmith Associates Inc. is a California based corporation owned and operated by Jim Dean Smith and Wayne Choi. We started in April 2004 on a beautiful historic property, in San Jose, California, with a home built originally in 1914. We have been building and remodeling homes since then, working on improving both our skills and our customers’ homes. We have an open list of past clients which are

available for first hand testimonials to our new clients. We believe you will be very happy with the results on your home. At ChoiSmith Associates Inc., we enjoy working outside, and specialize in outdoor decks and related hard-scaping. We have done complete remodels, and built new homes from the foundation up. We can accommodate and size project, small or large, including kitchen and bath remodels.

*What we don't do is things that are dangerous, like roofing, painting 2 story buildings, or vacationing in Tripoli.

Okay, we are completely shut down, I have sent all the paperwork to the Secretary of State and the feds, and 12/31/18 was our last day.

Thanks to all of our great customers, suppliers, sub contractors, and employees. It was a nice long run, and I am thankful for all the successes we had.

I am going to leave this page up for a while, but we are not taking any new projects.
