Looking for an experienced superintendent who can manage a $3-5 million dollar home remodel in Newport Beach. 5 Year experience or greater, salary based on experience. Project will be about a year and a half, with opportunities for managing future scheduled projects.

The Perfect Candidate;

Is fluent in English, Spanish speaking is a plus
Has great communication skills
Establishes good relationships with homeowners and subcontractors
Has extensive knowledge of construction, rules and safety
Familiar with codes and City or County processes.
