Job description:
Management and scheduling of daily operations for the maintenance crews
Communication with, and liaison for, the clients and crews
Perform site inspections and meetings with clients to ensure quality and service meet expectations
Problem solving and customer satisfaction
Recommendations and implementation of site enhancements
Sales and estimating of new contracts
Help crews establish priorities and implement them
Input on planning and strategy for reaching company goals
Quality control - our number one focus!
Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
Current California driver's license in good standing
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Must be familiar with local plant knowledge (plant ID, care, pruning, IPM, soils)
Knowledge of safety practices and Cal OSHA regulations
Knowledge of basic irrigation repairs and clock adjustments
Strong organizational skills
Good communication through strong verbal and writing skills
Computer skills – Quickbooks, Google Workspace
