Every so often we get requests to decorate. Here are a couple shelf setups and one with a decorative organizing solution.
The Dilemma & Solution: This shelving nook is located on the 2nd floor of home and quickly became a “dump zone.” A full refresh of all shelves was in order! The one major request: “We don’t like having to go all the way downstairs in the middle of the night when someone is sick. I need an spot to keep children’s meds.” This fabric file box was the perfect size for what they needed to store, it is inconspicuous, fits with the design, and was placed on a higher shelf so children couldn’t reach. Exactly what she was looking for.
Too many times we think we need to sacrifice design for function. With just a little more time & effort, you can find just the right solution. 🖤
