Another thing that Red Oak Homes is doing for customers is some light land clearing and trenching. We are capable of removing cedar, juniper, cactus, scrub brush and rocks up to a certain size. This is a quick update on the addition in New Braunfels. We have started the frame which will be finished today. The new mini-split AC is roughed in and the Electrical is being installed today. We should have our inspections by the end of this week and then moving forward next week. It is moving along nicely and the owners couldnt be more happy or excited.

This will be a single story addition to a house that we built a few years ago near Schlitterbhan. We are also adding more flatwork for parking while we are there. Good morning my friends and neighbors. We have completed the home in Wimberley and I am finally getting around to adding the photos onto my page. I hope that you love this house as much as its new owners and myself. It really turned out great and the new owners were super excited to get moved in. The exterior photos are prior to final cleaning and finish but I will add some new photos of the exterior soon. It was raining on photo day.

Its very nice to have a homeowner that has access to trucks with thier business. I cant thank this owner enough for bringing a truck home so that we could get this large granite top into the house. It was too large to get up the stairs and make the u-turn. The granite guys showed up monday to install everything and had to come back today for the lift availability. Great crew. Thanks to both of them.

I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving and also has a great upcoming weekend.

Here are some updated pictures of the Wimberley home. We are really pushing to be completed by Christmas but holidays really do hurt schedules. But we will definitely try our best. Flooring should be done by the middle of next week and the Counter tops install next Tuesday. Then some trim, paint and mechanicals finishing up and cleaning.

Its been a while since I've created a post for anything but this is a home that we are currently building in Wimberley. I had to post it to YouTube due to the 5 minute length is too long for a facebook video. We are currently in the sheetrock stage and are pushing to be complete by the end of December.
