We'd like to take a moment to dispel a rumor that is being circulated about our company. Apparently the fact that we don't lock our customers into a contract has some of our competitiors nervous. They have started telling our prospective clients that our DMP system is "proprietary" and if they are not happy with us, they would have to change out all the equipment. While the system manufactured by Digital Monitoring Products is not commonly used by most security dealers because of the expense, there are several dealers in Southern California that are qualified DMP dealers. Therefore, if someone was not happy with us, they could call another DMP dealer in the area and have them take over their system.
