The focus of our Studio is to understand & perceive the conceptual ideas of our clients and translate them into spaces full of sensations allowing them

comfort through integral designs that consolidate concepts of advanced and contemporary aesthetics.

We're excited to share that one of our latest projects in Redwood City (Emerald Hills) is now on the market!

For this fix and flip, we collaborated closely with Rhino's Construction, Inc. on expediting the floor plans, construction documents, and permitting process. This project included an addition, interior remodeling, and a new covered patio and porch. Because of our efficient teamwork, we completed the entire project, including construction and final inspections, in just six months.

For this fix and flip, we collaborated closely with The Kockos Group to expedite the floor plans, construction documents, and permitting process. As a result, the entire project, including construction and final inspections, was completed in just four months.
