Bundle your work, Leaky doors, or poorly hung. Leaky windows, Molding bathrooms, tiles missing, or grout falling out. Organize your work and I can clean up all those annoying details. Reasonable rates, 1/2 day minimum.
Good at cleaning up details such as cabinet doors, pretty good at finding the source of leaks. Have tools, will travel, to most of the bay area.

I am looking for work, with but a few Irons in the fire and enough rest to feel ready to go, I'm hoping someone needs a skilled person to make some long lasting improvements. I've around 45 years experience working mostly on houses with many contractors before and after being licensed.
