The best accessibility is the kind you would never think to compliment.
Gold bars in the same finish as everything else in the room, set exactly where a hand reaches for them. A seat that folds away when it isn't wanted. A floor chosen for grip rather than drama. None of it looks like equipment, because none of it was treated as an afterthought.
Most people put this off until the day they need it. By then it costs three times as much and looks like it.
Build it in while the walls are open. Your future self will never once mention it, which is rather the point.
