This plan is in the final stages of being built. It is just off the corner of Ocotillo Rd & Kenworthy Rd in San Tan Valley, Az. I have several different versions to this plan. It is a popular one.

I just got this picture from a client who is building this 1584 plan in Gila county. They have a few interior things to finish up and then they can get the final inspection. Nice little getaway home.

I stopped by to see one of my house plans being framed. It is just off the corner of Ocotillo Rd & Kenworthy Rd in San Tan Valley, Az. It is fun seeing the stages of construction. Looking good. Another plan is in Pinal county plan review and will be built just down the street from this one.
