2026 Ordering Update
We have completed sending purchase codes to all existing customers. If you have not received yours, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to find the email, contact us for assistance at [email protected].
For new customers, we will begin reaching out starting January 12th. While we have successfully processed most new requests in recent years, we cannot guarantee fulfillment for everyone. Our response will be sent as a reply to your original new customer request email.
If you would like to become a new customer or have not ordered in several years, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "New Customer Request." Please include your full name and, if applicable, your horticultural business name.
