🌞ACCLIMATE YOUR PLANTS!!!🎋Just a reminder to all of you purchasing plants from us or other greenhouses to introduce your tender plants slowly to the sun & wind. Keep them in a shady area for a several days to acclimate them to the strong sun!!! Green house plants are grown under filtered light & cannot handle this bright sun & wind & need to be introduced slowly. Placing them in the direct sun will cause them to wilt down and put stress on the plant. Keep them watered well, nice & moist. Also remember when purchasing Vegetables.... There are cool season plants that can be planted now & warm season plants that should not be planted for a few weeks yet like (tomatoes-cucumber-squash-peppers-melon).😎

The Sandstone Garden Club Ladies are hard at it already this season, with their Garden trowels in hand!!! Planting up the beautiful potted arrangements that are placed along the city sidewalks. Their favorite combo (tried & true) Supertunia Bubblegum-Indigo-Silverberry and a Gaura in the center. Look at the size right now & watch how they billow over onto the sidewalks throughout the summer. We will keep them here a few more weeks & baby them along before they are placed in town. Then the City maintains them over the summer watering & fertilizing. Creating such beauty in our wonderful little town!!!❤️
