We have been in business for over 15 years and we operate primarily in the Buckhead, Northside, Vinings and Sandy Springs neighborhoods of Atlanta. Our supervisors are English-speaking, experienced and knowledgeable people. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of your property. All of our supervisors have been invol

ved in Atlanta landscaping for over 10 years. Our supervisors are experienced property managers, not power-equipment operators. We know how to identify problems and have the tools and resources to solve them. We know how and when to prune, and as important, when not to prune. We still practice the dying art of hand pruning. With care and proper pruning, Boxwoods, Camellias and other staples of the Atlanta landscape will thrive for many decades, getting better and better each year. We have years of experience pruning Boxwoods, keeping the full and healthy. When it comes to pruning Crape Myrtles, we know the techniques not to use. We specialize in phased-renovation projects, which leverage our extensive experience and skills in pruning. Phased renovation is the process of assessing the value in your landscape, identifying the high value plants and bringing them back to specimen condition. Through triage pruning and proper care we focus on saving and rejuvenating valuable Camellias, Japanese Maples, Native Azaleas, Rhododendrons and more. This saves you money and gives you a larger, mature, established plant that you can’t buy at the local nursery. We also know what to do, and what not to do, when extreme weather wreaks havoc on Atlanta. Inexperience can be costly when Mother Nature decides to set records. When your landscape is stressed from extreme cold, heat, drought or monsoon, landscaping companies can do far more harm than good. We have the hands-on experience to navigate through whatever weather extremes Atlanta has to offer. We offer a wide variety of programs to meet your needs. We are hiring for a variety of Landscape / Gardening Positions. We are willing to train anyone with a strong work ethic and who is honest and reliable.

First and foremost, we are looking for high quality people. Basic integrity (honesty, responsibility, respect) matters to us. If you’re reliable, honest, hard working and you want an opportunity, you should talk to us.

We provide landscape services to high-end residential clients. If you have no experience in professional landscaping, understand that this is physically demanding work. You will be maintaining the lawn and gardens of beautiful homes, in all weather conditions, not assembling burgers in an air-conditioned kitchen. We work when it’s 25o and we work when it’s 95o.

If the Covid experience left you with a desire to lead a healthier life, you should talk to us – nobody here is overweight or suffering from high blood pressure.

Training costs us a lot of money, but we are willing to train quality people and offer advancement as your skills advance. Your compensation will be based on your reliability, performance and experience.

We are looking for good people with:

 A professional appearance
 A valid Georgia driver’s license and reliable transportation to get you to and from work
 Physical ability to work outdoors, 8 hours a day, in all conditions

It’s been a while since we posted anything because we have been quite busy. We continue to follow our Covid safe procedures. Staff drive their own vehicles so we can keep our social distance. Any time we are in close contact with each other or clients, we wear our mask. We care about our employees and clients and want to ensure their safety. There is so much confusing information we choose to err on the side of caution. And to date none of our employees have tested positive. We will remain diligent until there is no question of concern

Though the color is more consistent with a Camellia Japonica ‘Pink Perfection’, we believe this is a ‘Grace Albritton’ in a very pronounced pink. This is the very first flower of the season, so it’s very likely you will see more from this fabulous, specimen ten-footer!
