Wind damage??

We recently had a major wind storm come through a fee weeks ago.

Wind damage can occur during wind bursts or gale force winds associated severe thunderstorms. Often shingles can be blown completely off the roof while in other cases the wind pressure can separate the shingle from the faster as pictured above especially if the roof was originally fastened with staples.

We can assess your property at no charge, take digital photos, provide a written estimate, and can meet with your insurance companies adjuster to discuss the scope of damage and cost to repair. It is always to your benefit to have an inspection prior to making a claim so than unnecessary claims can be avoided if there is not any damage or the damage amount is below your deductible.

Storm damage is very subjective and some damage may not have been seen during an inspection by your insurance company, We can always assist with a re-inspection should there be damage that previously wasn’t seen during an insurance inspection.

We are not "Storm Chasers" and will not be knocking on your door after every weather event.

However, we have significant knowledge and understanding of the insurance process and what steps need to be taken when you make a claim for storm damage.

It's a common misconception that you will be canceled or have your rates raised by your insurance for a claim made.

We've been doing siding since 1992. Started in aluminum siding right before everything changed to vinyl. A few years later Hardie Cement board came out and almost everything went to Hardie or similar products.

Now there are so many siding options available. Various metal panels, composites, wood, composite wood, composite aluminum...

NEW ROOF STARTING AT $3995...

Well, it's possible. But what is the reality of these ads for cheap roofs?🤔

To collect your info, and get in front of you to sell you our service, which is what all of us as business owners want.

That's not where I want your expectations when I come to your home. I don't want to bait and switch you. Your roof could be $3995, if it is a smaller house, well under 1000 sq ft of roof, a low roof and pitch, and no necessary repair work.

In reality the average roof we do is near 2000 sq ft and right around $10k. Some are bigger and some are smaller. Some are easy to get get on and off and some require extra repair work, or all new roof sheeting. Materials, labor, feul, dump fees, overhead and insurance all cost a minimum amount on every job.

So, when you get bids, most should be within a few hundred dollars of each other. It could depend on how each estimator saw the job, overall should be close to market prices.

It holds true that a very low bid is going to be a "get what you pay for" situation or change orders coming after the job starts.

Bottom line, if you want a starting at price, $8k to $10k is closer. If you know your house is smaller or larger than average then you can plan accordingly.

You should have no expectation of a low price until your roof is inspected.

I don't want to come to your home with you having unrealistic expectations. Our goal is to help with the best solution that we both can live with as far as price and quality. I can't warranty something that began with cutting corners to hit a price point and you don't want the constant headaches if that either.
