My realtor wants me to change my countertops to a light color before listing it. She says the difference is tens of thousands of dollars in listing price. I have heard light on white is trending out and dark coming back. Obviously my choice but want opinions. I love the dark. My house was built in late 1990s.

Big upgrade for this old house. That enormous tile was pretty tough to work with but we got it done and it looks pretty sharp if you ask me.
