What a blessing it is to be busy and this tired. Knocked out another job that started out small but ended up being a little more than what was expected. Which usually happens in most cases because you don’t know what you can’t see. On this little cabin the homeowner wanted it back to level, some interior panels and baseboards replaced and repaired, and some skirting around the exterior. Well we ended up replacing a lot of subfloor due to trailer jacks pushing through floor due to it sinking. Also adding more supports where the new addition was attracted to the existing trailer due to the lag bolts failing and where the two meet folding down. Once we repaired everything and got it back to level we added 3 inches of flex base under the deck blocks solid footing, then not only did we add skirting we added vents on all sides of the cabin so moisture could escape and the structure could breathe! Happy to say this one is knocked out and we’re on to the next one.

Framed up two walls for a garage door for a friend of mine. They turned out really nice!
