This week, our BEHR Cares volunteers joined on a home build in Santa Ana, bringing Grounded, our 2027 Color of the Year, to the walls and contributing to a home that will soon welcome its new family.
 
Our time on the build is paired with a $250,000 donation to , supporting affordable homeownership programs and helping more families find comfort, stability and a sense of belonging.
 
Grateful for our BEHR Cares crew, the Habitat team and for the opportunity to show up for the communities we call home.

This week, we welcomed leaders from The Home Depot for our Leadership Town Hall, The Power of Partnership: Driving Success Today & Shaping What's Next.

Hosted by our Chief Marketing Officer, Andy Lopez, the discussion with Chris Waits, Merchandising Vice President of Paint, and Jessica Campbell, Divisional Merchandise Manager of Paint, reflected on the strength of our partnership, celebrated shared successes, and explored opportunities ahead.

Team members also had the opportunity to engage directly with Chris and Jessica during a live audience Q&A, creating meaningful dialogue and valuable insights.

Meet Christina! As a Regional Pro Sales Manager for LA South and Orange County, she leads with a people-first mindset, supporting her team, building partnerships, and driving success across a fast-moving, ever-changing business.

With nearly seven years at Behr, Christina’s journey has been defined by growth, opportunity, and a series of meaningful firsts, including becoming the first female RPSM in the West. From starting as a hub rep to now leading a team of 15, she’s embraced every challenge along the way.

For Christina, it’s the ability to make an impact and the strong, supportive culture that make Behr stand out. “Every day we kind of are presented with an opportunity to make impact… Behr has always been there to help me succeed and be the best version of myself within the organization,” she says.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys hitting the golf course, hiking with her dog Beau, and exploring California’s trails, museums, and historic spots, all while staying rooted in what matters most: family.
