A numerous amount of lab and office remodels at The Aerospace Corporation:

Lobby and Building Core
Project Team: CEDG and Gausmann and Moore
Tenant improvement and expansion for a few buildings on the aerospace campus. Work included offices, labs, lobbies, new accessible restrooms, parking, break room, and lounge. This project involved the expansion of an existing lobby, adding 512 SF, and incorporated new hardscape and landscape. We also updated finishes to the entire building, which is approximately 126,700 SF. The existing hallways received new lighting, ceiling tiles, carpet, base, paint, doors, and hardware.

Concept Design

Complete remodel of 342 guest rooms and all public areas including restaurant, bar, front desk, meeting and ball rooms, and exterior convention venue in an existing hotel adjacent to the Orange County Airport. Construction is currently ongoing.

BASEBALL CONCESSION, TICKETING, PRESS BOX + RESTROOM BUILDINGS

BASEBALL FIELD

New entry facility for the OCC Baseball Team.

Buildings designed using CMU and non-combustible materials along with the use of natural Light and Ventilation of the Toilet Facilities. Three structures were designed to form new Entry into the Baseball field.
