One morning’s photos, many painting possibilities.
I love plein air painting, but one of the advantages of working from photos is the ability to explore all the options. In multiple mediums too! I loved these dramatic rocks and the gray sky seemed to suit them. Which one’s your favorite?

Do you have any memories at this beach?

It’s such a locals favorite, my kids loved climbing the rocks and looking in the tidepools. Such a special place 💕
