A fireplace that immediately sets the tone for the home. This two sided fireplace became the heart of this great room in our project. It blends clean luxury and warmth in a way that feels almost effortless. Backlit Cristallo Vitrum quartzite paired with a geometric wood tile created the perfect balance of elegance and comfort in this space, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

And honestly…forget the TV. We’d just sit here staring at this fireplace all night. 🤍 Swipe to the end to see it fully lit up, this one deserves its own moment.

One of the questions we get asked most often is how the relationship between the designer, builder, architect, and client actually works during a luxury custom home project. The truth is there’s no one size fits all approach. Every home is different and every collaboration takes shape in its own way.

Over the last 20+ years in luxury interior design and custom homes in Southern Utah, we’ve worked through just about every process imaginable. Sometimes the builder brings us in first. Sometimes the client comes to us before plans are even started. Other times it begins with the architect. Who says a pantry can’t be both beautiful and functional?

This one may be smaller in size, but every detail was considered. Walnut cabinetry brings warmth, while the wallcovering adds just enough depth to make the space feel intentional.

And those gold mesh drawers… a subtle statement that makes everyday storage feel a little more elevated.

Some of the best spaces come from true collaboration. This kitchen was a journey of trust, give and take, and a shared vision. We were able to push this client outside of their comfort zone, and in turn, they kept us in ours🤍

The relationships built throughout the process often become just as meaningful as the spaces themselves, and that is something we cherish so much. ✨
