Anyone interested / thought about getting a Home Inspection?

Inspections are not only for purchasing/ escrow but also if you have lived in your home for more than 5 years there may be hidden defect or issues that go unnoticed.

Have a www.assurehomeinspection.org inspector inspect your home for maintenance advice, hazards, leaks etc. Will provide a written report online / as .PDF with pictures, statements and arrows to make it the easiest to understand in the industry. PM if interested.

Inspected this Ranch Styled home recently, was the most beautiful ranch styled home I've seen in a long time. Everything built in, all spaces modified for storage, basically no wasted space. I wish I had 2-3 of these a day to inspect. Love my job!

This was in a $5 million dollar home and just renovated by a "supposedly" reputable contractor. This is a prime example why a lot of contractors these days are S**T as they sub their work out and don't check the sub contractors work. Horrible.

This flue is totally disconnected in a utility closet they just replaced a furnace in, like how don't you see this!?

Contractors NEED to check their people's work and the surroundings!

All should know the old r22 freon is being phased out this year. It depletes the ozone when leaked so the new freon r-410a is a more environmentally friendly freon. You should contact your local HVAC technician for additional information.
