Helpers
✅ Must show up on time every day
✅ Must have work boots
✅ Must be able to lift and carry 100+ lbs
✅ Willing to learn and grow with the company
✅ Tools provided
✅ Water provided

💵 Cash paid weekly

Crew Leaders
✅ Extensive experience in exterior carpentry
✅ Strong fencing and deck-building experience required
✅ Ability to lead a crew and maintain quality workmanship
✅ Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
✅ Valid driver's license preferred

We are looking for people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing company with plenty of opportunities ahead.
