My life is to serve Beauty and revere Mrs. God, who brings forth the trees, the flowers, the fruits: She who births the rocks. This is my palette, and Earth is my canvas. Landscape is poetry to my soul. How can one live without Beauty? Whatever garden, yard, field, hill or mountain can be transformed into luscious, lovely, beguiling, sensuous, playful, mystical and Magical… your personal “Garden of Earthly Delight”! If you desire Wonderland, this is my gift to you. I beseech you with my Soulful Love of Beauty. Prior to my being a landscape artist, my career aspiration was to be an artist. I believe that all art is emotional. I illustrated children’s books, periodicals, cookbooks, etc. Fashion is another form of art. I owned the most fabulous antique/vintage clothing store in Santa Fe, Wild Things. My mantra to inspire has always been, “Be a flower in the garden of life: dress up!”
I created and owned the most wonderful, magical restaurant, Cafe Oasis, with four different mood rooms and the most lush eating garden I called “The Garden of Earthly Delights.”
I do truly authentic and unique interior decorating – the most wonderfully creative bathrooms, kitchens and patios with walls and floors using broken dishes, glass, mirror and tile to create fanciful collage-like mosaics. I am SO NOT INTO BORING! I’m into making things Mystical, Magical and Fantastical. Although all forms of art are wonderful, my most favorite is creating environment. Adam Steinberg-
My work in landscaping has grown out of my Reverence for Nature. I love to replicate the calming tranquil effects of the sound and movement of a mountain waterfall into a pool that is the habitat for colorful plantings and exotic fish. My name, Steinberg, means Stone Mountain and I bring a Strong Foundation and a Deep Love and Appreciation of Stone, Rock and Earth in all of her forms to Our work. I source many of the stone and native plant materials that we use from their habitats in nature specifically for your project. I am a master of Ponds, Waterfeatures, fine Stone and Boulder work. I have spent years repairing the bad work of other contractors and have even been involved as an expert witness in several lawsuits helping homeowners to recoup their wasted money. I bring to creative landscaping experience and knowledge from my youth on an Organic vegetable farm, training in native and appropriate pantings, and nearly 20 years working with Irrigation, Water Catchement, Lighting systems, Mosaic and Tile work, Welding, and Construction using the elements of Masonry, Wood and Steel. I desire to always expand my knowledge and am currently integrating the use of Solar technologies in creating self sufficient pond systems, landscape lighting and for use in heating homes, swimming pools and spas.
