over the years, we have had the great fortune of working with many talented architects, designers, and teams on a variety of projects -- from affordable housing, private residential, mixed-use, adaptive-reuse, institutional, commercial, and creative office spaces. we get the joy of designing the spaces between the buildings (and the diversity of teams, project types, and clients keeps us sane).
while we have been keeping our collective heads down quietly working, a little thing happened...two projects we worked on were included in the US Pavilion at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale - 'The Angeleno Porch: Six Spaces Shaping L.A.s Affordable Housing'... "An exhibit presented as part of Porch: An Architecture of Generosity, which celebrates six types of porch-like spaces found in LA’s affordable housing — courtyards, staircases, walkways, bridges, terraces, and roof decks — framed by images of groundbreaking buildings across Los Angeles" (on the frame in the first image are our two projects on the left-hand side)
