We added some Window Seats to the final, final, final revisions for the Residence in the Woods. (2) required Gable Roofs, and (2) were already under cover of the Front Porch. We've got some Elevation balancing to do, and it goes to Permitting. The square footage has gone up, so the Price per sq ft has come down to that near $100 per sq ft

This curved concrete wall continues through the building to the roof where it becomes the swimming pool. We took this opportunity to plaster the monolith with veneziano authentic marble flour Venetian Plaster.
