We strive to sell the healthiest and most delicious varieties of tomato at our spring nursery. We sell thousands of plants and grow a lot of them ourselves.
We have experience as nursery growers and field gardeners but we don’t have all the answers to growing successes and failures. We experience the same issues that our customers experience. This year the Paul Robeson didn’t show up for us. If they didn’t show up for you either we’re sorry. If they did show up, good job!

We get positive feedback and negative feedback during the growing season about our nursery plants grown into maturity in your gardens. When the baby plants leave our nursery we cannot predict what they will do in a few months when they have grown in their permanent home. We do our best to send customers home with plants that will give strong harvests.

Sharing some of our successes and failures due to various reasons so far this season in this post.

We had a spectacular yoga event under the oak tree. Thank you Zachary McCloskey from OM TOWN | Hot Yoga & Pilates | Calistoga, CA for teaching our class and The Amber Portal for playing live music while everyone practiced on a beautiful sunny late summer Sunday morning.

We have other fun upcoming events through the month of September. Checkout our website to signup for our indigo dyeing workshop and mark September 11th on your calendar for another live music evening. Our nursery is open with fall starts Friday and Saturday 9:30-3:30. We look forward to seeing you! 🌱 💚 🌱

Back at it! We started seeding Fall and Winter starts today. The Nursery will reopen on Friday August 21st so you can get your Winter veggies - carrots, broccoli, beets and greens, to name a few. We’ll be open Fridays and Saturdays, 6-packs of starts for $6. We haven’t done Fall in a few years and are excited! Hope you are too! 🥦🥕🥬🥦🥕🥬🥦🥕🥬
