Truer now than the day I shot it. 11 years ago I was just another entitled yuppie in Marin trying to tell everyone what to do. I’m still the same guy but I’ve put some hours in to reality test my assumptions. Now that I’ve got all of my skin in the game I can tell you the clock has been ticking for longer then we can say. I’m now a proud collaborator with Tara Firma Farms a CSA where you can indeed be part of the solution. I will make sure the beef you eat is part of a chain of the best management you can find.
