UPDATE- Over the course of the past year, my personal life has been a compounding series of disastrous happenstances and situational complexities.
I’m still dealing with legal stresses and doing my best to handle the residual effects from the last year. I can’t believe how silent my phone is , although I do understand after so many people trying my phone number, without response or acknowledgement sometimes.
It has been hard dealing with this from a company as well known as Verizon, but after being to the Verizon store a total of 21 TIMES in the past year, not to mention a countless amount of time on the phone, on hold, explaining the same story 500 times, just to be hung up on…
It’s been rough. Especially after loosing my dad last year, having my first son, and the two storms all happened within 6 weeks.
I’m doing the best I can to devote an acceptable measure of time each day to not only grow and learn, but have instead, begun using reflection and meditation and concentrated focus on being 100% Present to the task I am trying to complete, without diverting my focus all over the place, leaving myself overwhelmed and set up for failure from the beginning, due to the fact that I’m only one person.
In today’s world, I don’t really think too many people understand what all goes into fully and completely managing one’s own business and the reputation and accountabilities that encompass a far wider field or scope, than back in the good old “classified ads” or “word of mouth” days. Heck the— “handshake-that-meant-something” — group of people who were the elders and role models and who I always was ridiculed for associating with as a young man, are now the last of a forlorn and thinning ethic class, where a leader was reveered and respected, by leading as an example- being a role model by virtue not just words.
In the last year, I’ve suffered from repeated and unceasing identity theft issues, had my greatest role model pass, welcomed the prebequeathed son, Charlie the 5th, navigated multiple hurricanes, with brand new or otherwise inexperienced crew, rebuilt my entire fleet, purchased, and had repossessed my loader, which is documented on this business page to have been a main and integral part of our volitional and charitable acts, after the storm. I’ve built halfway (but have all drafted and engineered and mapped out) a custom disaster recovery trailer to specifically go with the machine I don’t have anymore lol. I’ve fought, warred, scraped, battled, striven, sequestered, sought, proven, evidenced, enchanted, extrapolated, and plainly just given my whole heart to touching this out, but I’m not in the greatest way financially at the moment.
REGARDLESS- I AM OPEN, OPERATING, READY, EQUIPPED, DEVOTED, AVAILABLE, RECOVERED, POSITIONED, RETURNED, REIGNITED, AND READY FOR YOUR BUISNESS…I apologize if it has been hard for anyone to get ahold of me. I also use google buisness, yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook, and am working on rebuilding my website as we speak.
